- Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask that you respect both my time and the opportunity for other clients to book available appointments. * A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. * Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service total to the card on file * If the charge is declined or remains unpaid, no future appointments may be booked until the no-show fee has been paid in full. Additionally, future appointments may require payment in full or a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. I value your business and appreciate your understanding. This policy allows me to provide the best possible service while respecting the time of all my clients and maintaining appointment availability.
- All deposits are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service and allows for me to secure the necessary time, products, and supplies for your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment as long as you follow my rescheduling policy. Once the 7-day period has passed, the deposit remains non-refundable, even if you choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
